About Charlotte
I have always been a dog lover. I grew up with a variety of breeds and at 22 I got my first rescue dog, Scooby, followed by my second, Skip. Skip is an anxious, complex boy and so my determination to understand him sparked my passion to work with dogs and learn more to provide the very best service to my four legged friends.
From attending monthly Reactive to Responsive Dog Workshops, working closely with behaviourists, and dealing with my own reactive dog, I am experienced in understanding a reactive and anxious dog’s needs and helping them cope with the world around them.
I volunteer for Saving Pound Dogs Cyprus in my spare time, handling adoptions, carrying out home checks, helping with administration, fundraising, the list goes on! I was lucky enough to spend a week in Cyprus in November 2021 doing some hands-on volunteering, helping to socialise, exercise and assess the dogs along with meeting all the Cyprus team!

Services
If you need help with something that is not listed, please do get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate. Each service can be tailored to your dog’s specific needs.
Before instructing a service, we require a successful ‘meet and greet’, a New Client form to be completed and our Terms and Conditions to be read, agreed, and signed.
Group Walks
Routinely 4 well-matched dogs, dependent on age, personalities, likes/dislikes and activity levels. Group walks are great for either socialisation or to break up your dog’s day. Our walks are in safe countryside locations, away from busy roads. Nearly all dogs enjoy off-lead walks with us, but your signed consent must be given for this. For a dog to be suitable for group walks, they must get on well with other dogs.
Secure Field Run
We have the option of visiting a secure field. This is perfect for dogs that can’t go off lead, and especially fun and important socialisation for the younger puppies, in a safe environment. As well as playtime, we have simple agility equipment, do basic scent work, and practice recall. It’s useful and interesting to be able to observe body language and behaviours in a secure environment.
Solo Walks
An option for dogs that need 1-1 attention, possibly reactive or recovering from injury/sickness.
Pet Pop-ins
Whether it’s to give a toilet break, administer medication, or provide companionship, we’ve got you covered. Our pop-ins are dedicated 1-1 time to make sure your dog’s needs are met and that they’re comfortable and happy.
We can also help with pop-ins for other small animals – our Cat pop-in service proves to be popular!
Vet / Grooming Visits
In your absence, we can transport and accompany your dog to vet and grooming appointments.
Areas Covered
CHINNOR and surrounding areas: Kingston Blount – Aston Rowant – Sydenham – Henton

Testimonials
Charlotte has walked our aging Labrador cross for 3 years and I’ve always found her reliable, capable and able to accommodate her changing needs as she gets older. I would highly recommend her.

Charlotte has looked after our Cavapoo (Walter) since he was a puppy and through lockdown it really helped with his socialisation and confidence. Charlotte is very professional but also really cares about each and every one of the dogs in her care. I’m pretty sure Walter loves her more than us! Would highly recommend.

I cannot recommend Chiltern Paws highly enough! Charlotte has been walking our dog Ralph since he was 4 months old. He is a big dog with lots of energy and Charlotte has been brilliant in arranging walks with other dogs that suit his personality, meaning he gets the most out of his time with her. Charlotte is so accommodating and flexible which is so helpful as I often need to switch days, or book extra walks at short notice. I wouldn’t trust anybody else to look after him the way she does.

Charlotte is extremely accommodating, flexible and understanding when it comes to looking after our two labs Hugo and Hamish. We are extremely happy to have found such a fabulous person and feel so relaxed knowing our boys are in the best possible care. When they knock you out the way to jump in Charlotte’s car for their dog walks, you know they are so happy and well looked after! We couldn’t recommend Charlotte enough.
Adam & Hannah
Charlotte has been invaluable in our life for the last few years. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her, from “pop-ins” when our dachshund was a puppy, to long walks and having a good run and play around in a private, secure field with a variety of other dogs.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Charlotte to any dog owners – you won’t regret it!
Kate I
Charlotte is amazing. She is friendly, caring, and reliable. She is essentially everything you need in a dog walker/dog sitter. Our bouncy Airedale absolutely loves her. I know Reggie is happy and safe when he is with her.
